Upset Special

Snow Beats 6th Ranked Team in the
Country, Salt Lake 67-66

What a night! With 8 minutes left in the game, Snow was down 15 points! Salt Lake is ranked 6th in the country! Snow began making their comeback. But even with only 5 minutes left in the game, they were still down by 8 points. By the time there was only 50 seconds left in the game, the score was 61-62. They were only down by one point! Snow's defense was flawless! Salt Lake couldn't do anything with the ball.

Okay...here's where it gets REALLY exciting. There is only 3 seconds left in the game and Salt Lake is shooting 2 free throws. They make both of them. So the score is now 64-66. ONLY 3 SECONDS LEFT! Just then, Ryan Brimley (That's him in the picture with head coach, Mike Ostlund) from our team is given the ball. He shoots it from 3/4 court (which is the free throw line on the oppositite side of our basket) and....HE MAKES IT!

We WIN!!! The final score is 67-66! The crowd went nuts! The players and coaches were all in tears. Watch the video clip from ABC's news last night. (it's at the top of this post)

Jadin cheering the his dad and the Snow Badgers.

The next COACH ATWOOD!

I was a pretty proud wife! We celebrated all night!
