So sorry to my loyal friends who have checked to see if I have left any posts. Good news is, we have internet. Bad news is, our computer wireless reciever is being moody. So today, our reciever decided to cooperate! Who-Hoo!!!!!! Here is an overview of the months we have been MIA. Please forgive us. We love you all so much and miss the closeness we feel when we can blog.
We moved into a house!!!! It sits on a third of an acre. It's really old, and has tons of character! We are so happy there! Jake finishes up another basketball season at Snow College. I am told I have signs of panchreatic (sp?) cancer.
March
I go through several tests. The diagnosis goes from Panchreatic Cancer, Cancer of the bone marrow, leukemia, to possible Lymphoma. Jake and I have become closer than we have EVER been. Jake is teaching classes this semester and that keeps him busy after basketball season ended. Jadin and Skye are so happy at their little school here.
April
I am asked to come talk to the onchologist. He informs me that there are no signs of anything abnormal in my blood work!!!! He dismisses all possibilities of cancer! He even used the phrase: "Healthy as an ox"!!!! I have felt everyone's prayers this past month. The onchologist also said this was nothing short of a miracle. I have been given something so incredible....a miracle. Thank you to all of you who were there for me and my family during this time.
May
Heather had another birthday. (why do they have to keep coming) Jake surprised me with tickets to the Sugarland concert! I was so excited! We love them! Jake has one more class to teach this month before he is off to Basketball camps around the state. I helped with the May Day again this year. My hula halau also performed in our first parade! Jake was put completely in charge of 3-on-3 tournaments during the Scandanavian Festival. Skye finally decides to crawl!!! (10 months old!) But now she is unstoppable!
These are pictures from the parade.

So after the concert, Danny Goki who performed first, was signing autographs. I got right up in front to take this picture. He stopped signing and looked right at me. I was star-struck for sure. Jake got a little jealous at how twitterpatted I was. haha. He was so good in the concert too!
June
Jake had another birthday. Pageant is in town now. It's been crazy. Jake is doing so many camps right now. He plans and organizes the whole thing himself! What a stud! But he is home at nights which makes for some fun time with the family. We have been going to the pool a lot and having BBQ's. Our family lives for this time of year! We are getting ready for our trip to Hawaii next month. We can't wait! I am so homesick for Laie. Well..that's it for now!
For pageant, I had to dress up as a pioneer woman in the Dug-Out to greet visitors and tell them a little history about our town. Jake called this my "birth-control dress"...hahahaha!
These are pictures from Jake's birthday. Jadin helped decorate his cake.

I must add my gratitude that everything is okay. I had a doctor mention that I might have lymphona at one point. We didn't believe it for as long as you did but even for a few it wasn't a fun thought. It really put some perspective in my life.
Thanks for the update on your life. What a beautiful family. You look great- so TINY! Love ya!
heather,
What's this about coming to Hawaii!? Where are you going to stay? I'd better get to see you!
You're so awesome leading your hula girls through that parade!
Oh wow, I can't believe what you've been going through since Feb. It would be an understatement to say that I'm so glad you are okay.
Hope the rest of your summer turns out as fun as it's been so far! Love the updates!
