What a week! Here's a brief overview:
Monday: Skye goes to hospital. She is dehydrated and not eating.
Tuesday: Jadin starts coughing and has a high fever. He gets sent home from daycare. He cant sleep or eat.
Wednesday: Mom gets sick now too. Mom is coughing and has a fever. Jake is working all day.
Thursday: Skye gets feeling better. Jadin gets feeling better.
Friday: Mom gets feeling worse
Saturday: Mom gets feeling a lot worse. Jade gets feeling a lot worse too. He starts coughing worse and won't eat. Jake is gone all day in town for a basketball jamboree.
Sunday: Mom is REALLY sick now. But Skye is all the way better!
Monday: Jadin slips on the bathroom floor and passes out in my arms from crying so hard! He has a mild concussion.
Tuesday: Jake is rushed to the hospital with excrussiating abdominal cramping. After some serious meds, CT scans, and slap on the wrist (from me...for him not taking it easy)...he is off to work! Skye is sick again! Jadin & I are feeling a little better. It's Jake's Blue & White game tonight, which he is in charge of running. We are ALL going to the game despite what has been going on.
OKAY....so now my kids are napping and I wanted to catch up on some cute pictures and stories.
First of all, our cute sister-in-law is expecting a baby any second now! She is one of those women who goes her whole pregnancy with a huge smile and positive attitude. So I wanted to include a picture of her cause she reminds me to cheer up and suck it up. haha.
This is Jake's dad, Mike. My kids know him as Grandpa Mike. He is a great grandpa to our kids. He spoils them rotten. He pops in just to give Jadin a new truck. What a sweetheart.
Thank heavens for friends like these. Bless Katie's heart...during all this chaos, she shows up at our door with pumpkin bread bowls and yummy homemade potatoe-bacon soup. MMMMMM! Not only does she bring goodies for our tummies, but she brings her contagious smile and fun personality along. She can cheer anyone up. She gets me laughing at life's bumps. She is so much fun to be around. She was just what i needed....a BIG DOSE OF KATIE! haha. And she brought along little Miss Taya who is just as charming. 
These next pictures are just ones that I love. If you know Jadin, he will assume this position at any given moment in any given place. On his side, cars in hand, concentrating on their movements.

Despite the last hard loses for BYU cougars, we remain HUGE fans. We make sure Jade sports his jersey on game days. It's for good luck...unfortunately, the cougars haven't gotten that memo yet.

I can't believe how big your kiddos are getting!!! I wish they were closer to play with my kids...they'd be bestest friends, I"m sure :)
I'm sorry you were all sick, but when it rains - it POURS!!! Hopefully all the sickness is gone from your house and you can just have a relaxing fall :)

I'm sorry you have had such a rotten week. I hope you all get better soon. I wish you would bring your kids to Manti and come see us. We could take them to the temple hill and let them run around (when it warms up next week) Jadin would love it. I miss living close to you guys. Keep your head up, it will get better. Love ya
Wow, you had your hands full! The sickness is going around. I have a cold and cough. NOT FUN! I am glad to hear that you are getting better. I want a friend Katie! LOL :) I love it when people are thoughtful. Awesome! Was Jakes Dad always in the picture? I am sensing no. Your baby has the bluest eyes! So adorable!. :)
Oh my- you and your poor family! it's good to see things are starting to pick up again. I love looking at pic of your family your kids are so cute. I love reading about your family your such a good mom- your one of my role models. All life through at you and look at the amazing woman/mother/friend you've become. i'm blessed to have been able to call you friend for so long!
