Jake ended his basketball season with a wonderful night. Much recognition was deserved for all the hard work the coaches, the players, and the college did this year. I was one pretty proud wife to be there with Coach Atwood. There were so many nice things said about him. Many commented on that he was the hardest worker they'd ever met! Babe, if you are reading this, I love you and believe you have so many great things ahead because of the hard worker you are.
We have been enjoying the wonderful summer (what happened to Spring?)weather! We moved into a new house this Spring and there are some great kids for Jade to play with. He is the youngest, and therefore, the most spoiled. All the older kids wanna take turns playing with him.
I am almost seven months pregnant in this picture. (It was taken in April) The time is flying by. There feels to be so much left to do to get ready for this little one. We better get popping.
My birthday was the day before Mother's Day. Jake spoiled me rotten as usual. First of all, he got me a DOG!!!!!! I have never had a dog in my life! But always wanted one. So this is KOA. (means warrior) He is 8 lbs. He is called a Papillon. (1/2 chihuahua, 1/2 pomeranian) He is such a sweetheart and great with Jadin. Then Jake hit a garage sale where a Stampin' Up Demonstrator was getting rid of all her supplies! So Jake (along with Mike & Kahi) got me like 30 stamp pads and tons of new stamps! I was flabbergasted! hahaha. For my birthday, I got to play outside with Jadin and my nieces and nephews. Jake and I got a special date night. And my family threw me a surprise birthday BBQ. What a perfect birthday. This is my niece Abbi. It was her birthday too. So I decided I would try to sew her a summer dress. This is it! It was my first dress. So I was pretty excited about it. And she looked so cute in it!
It was my last week at school working. So I had to take the traditional class picture with all the
Last, but not least, this past weekend was my end-of-year Hula Recital. It went great. I am now about 32 weeks along. I was feeling very pregnant and worn-down by the time the recital took place, but the girls did great and they have really shown progress since they began taking from me. We had 40 people show up to the recital. Some family and some who are interested in signing up for next year's lessons. I am excited to expand my group.
So this was our update since we have been slacking big time in the blogging department. And I still have more I need to post in the next couple of days. So keep checking. Love all of you!
